Versatile, dynamic Secret Spice! Use for ANY Mexican style food!
My nephew is moving to Colorado, following my trajectory, in his mid-20's. We celebrated this awesome adventure with the flavors of that Region with Salsas, Guacamole, Enchiladas & Roasted Chiles. Nothing better!
Baked Enchiladas are so easy; layer the sauce, corn tortillas (just lay them flat), cheese, roasted chiles, Secret Spice shredded chicken, pork, ground beef, or mixed veggies, bake at 350 til the edges bubble. Done, easy, satisfying meal! I made my own Enchilada Sauce-- shoot me an email for that recipe--my other secret recipes are right here below....
2 cloves garlic
8 ripe tomatillos
half a medium sweet onion
1/4c roasted green chiles, mild or medium
one medium tomato
Add--juice of half a lemon, 1t sea salt, 1T Secret Spice
Blend all if a food processor or finely dice and mix thoroughly~!! Adjust salt and heat to spice. This is a unique flavor that is sure to please.
A Fresh Chef Classic Salsa
2 cloves garlic,
8 medium ripe tomatoes,
1/4c fresh cilantro,
one small Anaheim or similar chile, fresh, seeded,
half a sweet onion, 2 green onions,
1t salt, 1T Secret Spice, juice of half a lime.
Blend all if a food processor~!! Adjust salt and heat to spice.
2 ripe avocados
1/4 c sour cream or plain yogurt
1T Secret Spice 1t sea salt, to taste
1/4 small white onion, to taste
Blend thoroughly until well combined.
Traditional Pico de Gallo
Pico de Gallo is more like a cabbage salad than most folks think; a super easy and flavorful addition, you simply finely chop green cabbage and mix with your desired amount of Classic Salsa. Boom, salad, side dish, Enchilada topper. Delish crunch, and good for you!
