Marinated Shrimp Shish-Ka-Bobs

Marinated Shrimp Shish-Ka-Bobs

Up to 3 days prior to your killer dinner, or just a couple of hours if that’s all you’ve got do this:


In a strong ziplock style bag add:

1c red wine vinegar

¼ c olive oil

¼ c Secret Spice Remedy

1 T lemon or lime juice


Add your choice of:

1” chunks of shrimp, chicken, steak, or pork, 1 pound + (or none of these! Just veggies is awesome!)

8 ounces whole baby bella or white button mushrooms, approx. 1” in diameter, washed

1 bell pepper, 1” chunks

1 large Quartered Sweet Onion

If you are just a couple of hours out, turn the bag often on the counter at room temperature.  Otherwise, turn over in the fridge whenever you think of it.  Pull from fridge two hours prior to grilling, add cherry tomatoes (if desired) to skewers; preferably metal reusable ones, soaked bamboo will work fine.  Alternate meats and veggies.

Grill at 400+ turning often until well done if chicken or pork, your desired temp on the beef.  Veggies should be slightly soft and just a bit charred.  Keep the Spice next to the grill!  Be really bold, additional shakes of this Spice will make your dinner even better and more nutritious.
